Things to know about a recent car accident

Vero Beach, Fl.- In the state of Florida, you have 14 days from the date of a car accident to make a medical claim.If symptoms start to present after 2 weeks, you are not able to make a medical claim against your auto insurance.In the state of Florida, you pay for a minimum of $10,000 Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurance to use for medical injuries after an accident.
