How do you sleep?
There are different pillow heights and firmness that need to be taken into account. In some cases, you might be the dreaded stomach sleeper. The most important thought is keep your spine as close to a straight line as possible. If you sleep on your back, then make sure the pillow is not too tall. If you sleep on your side, then a pillow that is tall enough is required. Always remember to stay as close to straight line as possible. For you stomach sleepers… it best to break that habit as quickly as possible.
