Is doing more going to make the pain go away faster?

Chiropractor Vero Beach, Fl.- A common question I get is, “What can I do to make this get better faster?” Sometimes, it’s best to let your back just heal up and just let it get better. Not always is there a magic stretch or exercise that people can do to make pain go away faster. Let’s say you picked up something. It may not have even been very heavy. Maybe just awkward and you throw your back out. Most of the time, it’s just an injury and needs to heal up. People will also ask me how to keep it from coming back. I’ll tell them, “Don’t lift the sofa sleeper by yourself anymore.” Once things have been loosened up by your chiropractor and “put back into place.” The back will just take a few days to get better.
