Am I in need of a new bed?
Vero Beach, Fl.- It’s vacation time here in Florida and most of the seasonal residents have ventured back home. Now it’s time for us locals to take our vacations and one the most common things I hear about a patient’s back is that it did not bother them when they were away. This usually means one of two things, the bed they normally sleep in needs replacement or what they do at work is creating the back problem. Maybe an adjustment of what they do at work can help make a back feel better and a new bed could be in order. Think about this when you are on your trip next time and try to ask yourself if your back feels better or worse? This could be a great indicator as to a bed needing replacement.
